Join us for Northern Colorado's FREE all day hip hop dance convention followed by an evening of performances from local dance crews! 

This year, we are excited to welcome Amanda Leise and Gina Medina as our instructors! 

Amanda Leise, originally from Boulder, Colorado, performed, taught and choreographed in LA and Dallas from 2002 to 2013. She attended CU as a dance major and is now on faculty at Dance Dimensions in Longmont as a co-director of their company. Amanda has taught at the EDGE Performing Arts Center, Hollywood Vibe, Urban Jamm, Boulder Jazz Dance Workshop, and Fusion Dance Workshop. She is in high demand as a Master teacher and choreographer in the U.S. and abroad. She was a guest teacher in Nicosia, Cyprus for Dance Anonymous, as well as a teacher/choreographer for the internationally known Boulder Jazz Dance Workshop for the past 8 years. She has performed and choreographed for Dee Caspary’s “Nvitational” and Adam Parson’s “Essential”. Along with teaching, she is a member of Wild Heart Dance Company and Interweave Dance Theatre. Amanda has an infectious enthusiasm that says “let’s do this, and while we’re at it let’s have some fun.” She looks forward to sharing her passion and teaching her students how to express themselves through the art of dance.

Gina medina is 27 years of age and has been a dancing and teaching in the Colorado scene for 10+ years. Gina is trained in many different styles such as whacking, hip hop, jazzfunk, house, breaking and latin style, performed at summer jam 2018/19 and 2020, and opened for many different artists and battled in and out the years!

Participants will have the opportunity to take FREE classes from each instructor in beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. Dancers 13 or older are invited to register for the advanced classes. Any dancers younger than 13 should register for either the beginning or intermediate level classes.
